There are few things which make me feel more indulgent than having a slap up breakfast in my oak bed. In the movies this always involves orange juice and a croissant but in real life I prefer something which is going to get me started with a full stomach and a smile on my face.

A Siesta

The Spanish have given the world a lot of great things. Flamenco music, tapas and even those funny sombreros people bring back from holidays there are all useful to varying degrees. However, if there is one thing we should grateful to them for it is the siesta. Even twenty minutes in the oak bed at lunch time is enough to get me recharged for the afternoon.
